1.  What are your delivery and installation policies in Bangalore?
We offer delivery, installation, and pick-up services every day across Bangalore. If your building lacks lift access or lift use is restricted, additional labor charges will apply for carrying items up the stairs.


2.  Can you assist with relocating rented items?
Yes, we provide free relocation services for rented items within Bangalore. This service can be used once during the rental contract period. We advise customers not to move items themselves, as any damage caused during self-relocation will result in repair costs being charged.

3.  What if I’m unavailable to receive the delivery?
If you can’t be present at the time of delivery, you can nominate someone else to receive the items on your behalf. We’ll need an acknowledgment email from you along with a government ID proof of the nominee to ensure safe delivery.

4.  How do you handle deliveries in buildings without lifts?
If there is no lift or lift access is denied, additional labor charges will apply for carrying items via stairs. The charges will depend on the order size and the floor level.

5.  What should I do if my society restricts vehicle entry?
It’s important to ensure that delivery vehicles are permitted inside your premises, as parking on public roads is usually not an option. Additionally, ensure all necessary paperwork and payments with your landlord are completed to avoid any delivery delays.

6.  How are union-related issues managed during delivery?
FurnishBlr takes care of transport union concerns at loading and unloading points. However, if labor (hamaali) union issues occur at your location and they prevent unloading, you’ll need to resolve these issues. In rare cases, we may have to return the items without delivering them, and we will bear the logistics cost.
